You deserve it

Be good to yourself
As many times as you can think of, give yourself a pat on the back.
Give yourself praise.
Give yourself love.

You don’t need a reason – just do it.

Allow yourself to feel good.
Treat yourself.
Be happy.

Do something you really enjoy that you haven’t done in a long time.

Be indulgent.
Be at peace.
Tell yourself “I love you”.

It doesn’t have to be extravagant or cost a lot (or any) money.  But often, – at least a few times every month – treat yourself like you would someone you are really fond of.
You are special.
You are amazing.
You deserve it.
